Widely used by community members, the Massaad stairs were unfortunately, a safety hazard that could have ultimately endangered the lives of individuals. Along with other organizations, MGM Capital joined the initiative to rehabilitate these stairs and make them safer and more accessible for residents. The result was an attractive sight surrounded by green plants, thus becoming a better living environment for individuals in the neighborhood.
